Incentives scheme for NIDA support staff

•     Career Advancement Project:   This is a project which focuses on encouraging NIDA’s support staff to invent their personal masterpieces to achieve the Professional Level, Senior Professional Level, Expert Level, or Senior Expert Level. The project will also motivate support staff to develop themselves for career progression because personnel who are promoted to the levels of Professional, Expert, or Senior Expert will be given some extra money.           

•     Self-development in English Project:  This project will support and promote support staff in developing themselves in the domain of English. Such language development will benefit both the staff and the Institute en bloc in enhancing their abilities in serving international students, faculty members, guests, and/or visitors. Aside from that, personnel with English competence will create an impressive image of the Institute with its central aim to become a world-class university.  

•     Master’s Scholarship for NIDA Support Staff Project:  This is a project which highly supports education of NIDA support staff by funding their Master’s studies. At least one support staff member will be awarded a scholarship per program per semester. Staff members who are awarded the scholarship will obtain an exemption for the entire tuition fee. This project is fully intended to encourage and foster support staff members to enhance their knowledge and competence so that they can apply what they have learned from the program to their work and for the benefit of their work unit and the Institute as a whole.
